I've been rebuilding automatics since 1980. I have recently cut back on the types I rebuild to concentrate on the early three speed automatics; no overdrives and no front wheel drives; domestic American transmissions only. I upgrade every transmission I rebuild; including racing clutches and bands, shift mods, and heavy duty components. I keep prices low by shopping around for the best deals on the components I need. I rebuild the Mopar 904 and 727, GM 350 400, Ford C4 C6. All units receive Red Eagle frictions in the direct clutch pack and Kevlar front band where applicable. Th350s receive a milled direct piston to accommodate five frictions, a wider direct drum bushing, and a dual fed third gear. All 400s receive Red Eagle Direct frictions, shift mods, 4L80 .106 intermediate retainer. All 727 and 904 receive extra Red Eagle direct frictions, Kevlar front band, shift mods hd manual shaft seal where needed. All C4s receive Red Eagle Direct frictions, Kevlar front band, C6 pump bushing, and shift mods. All C6s receive Red Eagle direct frictions, Kevlar front band at least four direct frictions, and shift mods. All four and six cylinder transmissions are upgraded to V8 specs.
